Bosch Building Technologies currently has a need for a Proposal Writer to assist our Marketing department with proposal writing, team administrative duties, business development content creation, and RFP processes.This role is based out of our office in Ottawa and as such, the suitable candidate will also reside near the Ottawa office.Responsibilities: Proposal writing and leading the process from production to delivery including the coordination and preparation of proposal submissions and soliciting input from sales staff, where required.Marketing team administrative duties, including completing company prequalification packages.Assist the pursuits team in preparing business development content and documentation.Ensure high-quality preparation and production of all written materials while consistently applying the Paladin Technologies brand and key messaging.Ability to work in highly collaborative environments.Required Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience in either/or a marketing, communications, grant writing and/or proposal writing role A diploma or university degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications, Technical writing, or similar field of study is preferred.Attention to detail Exceptional writing and research skills to effectively produce high-quality proposal documentation and marketing materials.A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to take the initiative.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage competing tasks, and excel at meeting urgent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat suites.Ability to speak and write fluent French Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the security, construction, infrastructure, or IT industries.Interest in the construction and technology industry, as well as B2B marketing, while becoming an expert in your space.Creativity: adept at taking a high-level storyline or idea and translating into a visual document.Collaborative Mindset: you naturally share ideas and never lose sight that you are part of a team.Seeking a dynamic work culture.Alignment with our four core company values: Leadership Mindset People Development Team Client Focused Physical Demands: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.  Must be able to effectively communicate, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment  Working Conditions: In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.  The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated.Noise levels are considered low to moderate  Salary Range: $45,000-55,000 DOE Vacancy Status: This posting is for a current and existing vacancy.    Bosch Building Technologies – Rédacteur(trice) de propositions À propos de Robert Bosch GmbH Basée en Allemagne, Robert Bosch GmbH est un fournisseur mondial de premier plan composé de quatre secteurs principaux : Technologies automobiles, Technologies industrielles, Biens de consommation, ainsi qu’Énergie et techniques du bâtiment.Plus de 400 000 employés génèrent des ventes de plus de 90 milliards d’euros.Bosch améliore la qualité de vie dans le monde grâce à des p
